My Go-To Resources

Everything I actually use to keep our family ahead of the chaos.

I’m a full-time working parent of a high school athlete, and between practices, deadlines, and everyday life, I learned the hard way that “I’ll remember it” isn’t a system. Here’s the book that started it, the system I built because of it, and how I personally stay mentally and physically ready to keep up with all of it.

The Book I Wish I’d Had Sooner

Before I ever built a spreadsheet or checklist, this was the resource that showed me how deep the scholarship well actually goes — and how much families leave on the table simply because no one told them where to look.

The Ultimate Scholarship Book 2026

This is the book I recommend to every parent who tells me “we don’t qualify for scholarships” — because most families don’t actually know how many are out there, or how to go looking for them. It’s the resource that got me thinking beyond the big-name awards and toward the smaller, less competitive scholarships that add up fast.

02 — Then Build This

The System I Actually Built

Sticky notes, browser bookmarks, and a notes app weren’t a system — they were just places deadlines went to get lost. So I built the tracker I needed, and now it’s the thing I hand every parent who messages me overwhelmed during senior year.

The Scholarship Pro System

My complete tracking system for scholarship season — built from three years of trial, error, and near-missed deadlines. It’s the same structure I use to keep application dates, requirements, and follow-ups in one place instead of scattered across a dozen tabs and a phone full of screenshots.

03 — How I Stay Ready

Mentally & Physically Ready to Go

Because tracking deadlines is only half the battle.

Full-time job, sports schedules, senior year deadlines — none of it works if I’m running on empty. Amare is the daily routine I personally lean on to stay clear-headed during the day and actually wind down at night. Here’s what’s in my rotation:

Mornings

Energy+

My go-to before a full day of work, errands, and whatever practice or game is on the calendar. It’s what gets me out the door without reaching for a third cup of coffee.

Mornings

Sunrise

Part of my morning routine alongside Energy+ — helps me start the day feeling like I’m ahead of it instead of already behind.

Daytime

Mood+

The one I reach for on the harder, higher-stress days — deadline season, game-day nerves, all of it. It’s become a steady part of how I handle the daily juggle.

Daytime

Collagen

My simple, daily non-negotiable — easy to mix in and just part of taking care of myself in the middle of everything else I’m keeping track of.

Evenings

Sunset

How I start winding my brain down after a long day of tracking, planning, and problem-solving for everyone else.

Evenings

Sleep+

The last step of my night routine — because I can’t show up for another day of this if I didn’t actually rest the night before.

These are personal favorites from my own daily routine — shared through my Amare storefront.
